Ever find yourself rushing through vinyasas on autopilot? Noticing tension in your shoulders or lower back after practice and wondering if something’s off?
This 120-minute workshop is designed to slow things down and bring mindful awareness to your practice.

We’ll explore the classic vinyasa sequence — plank, chaturanga, upward and downward facing dog — breaking down each pose, refining alignment, and offering variations for every body. Using props and partner work, you’ll build strength, stability, and confidence safely.
Finally, we’ll reconnect the poses, refining transitions and discovering how to move with flow, ease, and mindful awareness
