Yoga Workshop
Yoga offers us more than just a physical practice—it’s a powerful tool for self-discovery and inner balance. In this workshop, we’ll explore the power of movement, breath, and stillness to reconnect with ourselves. Through a thoughtful blend of asana, pranayama, and meditation, we’ll create space to listen inward and cultivate a stronger mind-body connection. We'll close the practice with a guided Metta Bhavana meditation—an offering of loving-kindness to ourselves and others—to leave you grounded, open-hearted, and deeply connected.


We will meet at 10:00 AM for an extended practice of asana, pranayama, and meditation.
At 12:00 PM, we’ll come together to enjoy delicious homemade food, drinks, and community time.
The Waldfit studio offers parking, bathrooms, changing rooms, and all necessary equipment for your practice.
Price per person: 75 CHF (all-inclusive).
